Cody Ellsworth recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Allegany Campers to a 77-57 victory over the Keyser Golden Tornado on Tuesday evening at Tornado Alley.

Jordan Grady had 14 points for the Campers, while Casey Roberts added 13, Travis Dordevic had 12, and Cameron Butler contributed 11.

Monday's game was far cry from the teams' first meeting on January 2, when Allegany escaped with a 74-72 victory in Cumberland.

After a back-and-forth first period, Allegany blew the game wide open in the second frame.

The Campers led 24-20 after the opening quarter but then outscored Keyser 18-7 in the second period to take a 42-27 lead at the break.

Allegany increased its lead by a point to 56-40 after the third quarter and cruised to victory from there.

Jeremy Green led Keyser (7-6) with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 steals, while Preston Hartman had 18 points and 8 boards.

Matt Wilmer added 11 points and 5 assists for Keyser, which is now 0-3 against the top two teams in the area - Allegany and Fort Hill.

Allegany also won the JV game, 71-59.

Demetrius Taylor led the Campers with 28 points, while Keyser was led by Wes Stullenbarger's 24.

Keyser will return to action Thursday evening when it travels to take on Hampshire, while Allegany heads into a big showdown this Friday against unbeaten Fort Hill.

Both games are slated for 7:30 p.m.
